Swiss Alps: Hut-to-hut Trail Running Camp

The Hut-to-Hut Running Camp in the Swiss Alps is for trail runners wanting to explore the Swiss Mountains, run parts of iconic race routes such as SwissPeaks, SwissAlps, UTMR, and add an unforgettable experience. We will be running 168km and 12’000m+ over 6 days. Starting from Oberwald in the canton Valais, our route is almost entirely following the race route of the SwissPeaks360. 2 nights we will be spending in modest hotels in villages in the valley, and the other 3 nights we will overnight in alps huts high up in the mountains.

The camp is open to anyone being able to run 50km on mountainous terrain with big elevation changes and technical trails. We advise you arrive to camp in good shape. We will run with a slightly heavier pack as we carry mountain and sleeping essentials, as well as food supplies for the day. Coach Fitzgerald and a local guide will lead each run. A support vehicle will take care of our drop bags and is nearby for assistance at select spots on the run courses. All you must do is show up in good shape and we take care of everything else.
